Who's "doing IT?" in Larimer County, Colorado?
doing IT? Think Ahead. Plan Now. is the product of the Larimer County Teen Pregnancy Prevention Action Group (TPPAG)—a teen-adult partnership coordinated by the Healthier Communities Coalition of Larimer County (HCC) and the Larimer County Department of Health & Environment. Since April 2009, nearly 30 diverse agencies who serve teens in Larimer County communities have worked to cooperatively address the issue of teen pregnancy and educate youth and young adults about the importance of reproductive life planning. |
